Middle Schoolers/High/Young Adults with HFA/Aspergers Specialty Group: Puppetry Arts

This group is for High Functioning/Asperger's Middle School, High School and Young Adults

This week the group will focus on the art of puppets. Lasting memories will be made as campers work to perform a short play with puppets! Small group activities such as manipulating puppets, line memorization, and puppet set design will give campers the opportunity to discover their strengths and to develop confidence in their communication skills and social interactions with other peers. They will be challenged to work together as a team and will learn the importance of responsibility and a job well done! This is a wonderful opportunity for your camper to develop personal confidence and lasting friendships throughout the summer months! Campers will celebrate the end of the week session with a performance on Friday, July 15th during the camp day.
